OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19
Dear Valued Customers,
With the many changes that COVID-19 is bringing our nation we are following all the guidelines recommended to keep you and our technicians safe.
As a service technician in your home does not typically violate the 10 people or less recommendation we are continuing to take your calls and schedule service. Please understand that while many more people are staying in their homes, we are seeing an increase in calls. We promise to do our best to get to each customer as soon as we can.
Some changes we are making as a company to keep you and our techs safe are as follows:
- Technicians are sanitizing their hands between each and every service call and may wear gloves or wipe down your thermostat before touching it.
-Technicians are instructed not to shake your hand.
- Technicians are being instructed to spend as little time inside homes and face to face with customers as possible.
This is simply to keep everyone safe.
You may feel your tech was brief in describing his diagnosis and this will be true but if you have any questions or concerns we are more than happy to address them over the phone or through text message.
Please rest assured we still want to offer you the best customer service we are able, and keeping you safe is our top priority.
