Anders Air was FANTASTIC!! Ryan came out and did a fantastic job, replacing condenser and troubleshooting an additional issue 'down-the-line'. Very informative & knowledgeable, for the curious customer. Having replaced many units over the years at various properties, Ryan did the job right and saved me potentially a lot more money. We had a great experience with Ryan from Anders Air several weeks ago! Ryan was professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t try and up sell me on anything and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Anders Air was the third different company that we had come to our house and actually fix the problem. Other companies wanted to just come out, add refrigerant to our system, collect a couple hundred bucks and be on there way. Not Ryan, he took the time to check for leaks externally and internally and then show me actually where the leak was coming from. This a a great guy, that owns his own small business as is doing the right way with integrity and hard work! We will be using him again for any of our air conditioning needs!

Great company. Very polite, quick, and knowledgeable. Ryan not only diagnosed the problem in no time, but explained to me in depth what the issue was and how I can identify it in the future. I'm a new home owner, and arguably not a very handy human being, but Ryan was patient and explained a couple of AC maintenance questions I had unrelated to the service call. Had a great experience with Anders Air. The owner, Ryan, was the technician. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He was very trustworthy and fixed what needed fixing without trying to sell me anything else. This was a few weeks ago and everything has been running great. I will definitely be using them again for the spring and fall check-up services and if I have any other repair issues he'll be the one I call.
